Tasks:
- Independent expansion and support of existing customers
- Optimization of customer relationship management (customer analysis, needs recognition, customer understanding, etc.)
- New customer acquisition
- Structured customer development: Interested parties become new customers, new customers become regular customers and regular customers become fans of you and the DREES brand
- Close cooperation and coordination with sales management and office staff
- Supporting customers and interested parties at the trade fair stand and at in-house events
- Sales responsibility
What you bring with you:
- You are a passionate salesperson and are not afraid of acquiring new customers
- Successfully completed commercial or electrotechnical vocational training
- At least three years of sales experience in the lighting industry
- Excellent contacts with decision-makers (product and project management, purchasing management)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a high degree of flexibility and strategic thinking
- Solution- and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative
- Convincing negotiating skills
- Desirable Experience in export
