Beastly easy - replacing halogen lamps with ATUM 24
Inefficient low-voltage halogen luminaires are still installed in many hotels, restaurants and private households. It makes sense to replace these with modern LED lighting.
The challenge with halogen lights
It should be noted that extensive rewiring is required when using constant current LEDs, as each light source requires its own power supply unit.
This rewiring can be particularly cost-intensive, especially when using DALI power supply units.
If it is not necessary or desired to control each individual firing point separately, this effort can be avoided.
The solution: ATUM 24 LED
Benefit from the existing infrastructure and simply replace the MR16 halogen lamps and sockets with our ATUM 24 LED insert and replace the old halogen transformers with suitable power supply units. The existing recessed ceiling lights can often still be used.
