Tasks:

Agile project planning from the initial meeting and brainstorming through the quotation phase to commissioning. You are responsible for costs, deadlines and resources.
Analyze demand situation and check technical feasibility
Developing unique lighting products and concepts from customers' visions.
Structured customer development: Interested parties become new customers, new customers become regular customers and regular customers become fans of you and the DREES brand
New customer acquisition with a focus on lighting and electrical planners
As a project manager, you form the interface between customers and colleagues from the various specialist departments.
Your expertise makes you a reliable contact person for all customer-specific issues.
Supporting customers and interested parties at the trade fair stand and at in-house events
Sales responsibility

What you bring with you:

You are a passionate salesperson and love the project business
Successfully completed commercial or electrotechnical vocational training
Several years of project experience in the lighting industry
Excellent contacts with lighting and electrical planners
The challenges of light control / light effect / controls are your playground
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a high degree of flexibility and strategic thinking
Solution- and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative
Convincing negotiating skills
Ideally experience in luminaire construction (mechanical and electrical)
